How We Matcha

Meet your Matcha.
Serves: 1
Ingredients
1/3 cup filtered water
¾ teaspoon Saxbys Matcha
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons vanilla syrup (Our recipe below! You can add a little more or a little less depending on your preference)
1 cup milk (whole and oat are our favorite)
Directions
1. To the matcha shaker, add water and matcha. Secure lid and shake for about 30 seconds, or until matcha is dissolved and foamy.
2. Fill a glass with ice. Add vanilla syrup and milk. Stir. Top with matcha and serve.
Vanilla Syrup
Stir together:
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Craving a warm hug?
Meet your Matcha.
Serves: 1
Ingredients
1/3 cup warm water
¾ teaspoon Saxbys Matcha
1 cup milk
Directions
1. Heat milk in a small pot over medium heat or in a milk frother according to instructions. Milk should reach about 140 degrees.
2. To the matcha shaker, add water and matcha. Secure lid and shake for about 30 seconds, or until matcha is dissolved and foamy.
3. Pour matcha into a mug and top with warmed milk. Serve. Keep it simple or make it your own!

Serves: 1
Ingredients
1/3 cup filtered water

1 cup lemonade (our recipe below)
Directions
1. To the matcha shaker, add water and matcha. Secure lid and shake for about 30 seconds, or until matcha is dissolved and foamy.
2. Fill a glass with ice. Add lemonade and top with matcha. Serve. Easy peasy matcha squeezy!
Lemonade
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
½ cup granulated sugar
3 cups water, divided
¾ cup fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. First, make simple syrup, in a small pot, add sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer and cook until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool.
2. In a pitcher, add simple syrup, remaining 2 cups water and lemon juice. Stir. Chill in refrigerator.

Serves: 2 (Grab a friend!)
Ingredients
2 teaspoons Saxbys Matcha
¼ cup Heavy Cream
2 tablespoons Vanilla Syrup (Our recipe below)
2 cups Ice
2 cups Milk
1. In a large bowl, add cream, vanilla syrup and matcha. Whisk until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes of whipping.
2. Fill two glasses with ice. Add 1 cup of milk to each glass. Divide whipped vanilla matcha between the glasses. Serve.
