This month, we’re reading National Book Award–nominated novel An Unnecessary Woman

This month, we’re reading National Book Award–nominated novel An Unnecessary Woman by Rabih Alameddine. It’s a rich depiction of the city of Beirut, told by an aging and reclusive woman who’s spent her life there.
