We’re Hiring. In a Very Big Way.

This has been a major summer for Saxbys: We moved our HQ to Center City Philly, opened yet another café in the city, Saxbys 11th & Locust (right on the heels of Saxbys Drexel’s opening), and now we’re getting in gear to open a café in Ambler and reopen a completely revamped space at UPenn. And Philly, we’re gonna need your help to keep this growth going. More specifically, we need 100 more Philly-area baristas to help make our cafés as awesome as possible.

Our favorite people to hire are O.D.D. (Outgoing, Detail Oriented and Disciplined)TM and inspired by our mission to Make Life Better for each and every Saxbys guest. As a Saxbys barista, you will contribute to a positive café culture, convert first-time guests into regulars, and work every day to make your café a welcoming neighborhood staple. No coffee experience is needed, you just gotta have that O.D.D. factor.
